Monday’s Diet: In Just 3 Days You Can Lose 5 kg!!!

This diet is very effective, but keeps in mind that you should hold this diet for only 3 days (no longer than 3 days), because this diet is very intense and restrictive, due to the hemispheric reactions that it causes to the body.

Before you decide on this diet, you should talk to your nutritionist or a doctor.

DAY 1

Breakfast:

Coffee, half a grapefruit, a toast with peanut butter(spread two tablespoons  of peanut butter over a slice of bread)

Lunch:

Coffee, half a box of tuna, one slice of toast.

Dinner:

Water, 200 g of green boron, 200 g of fried meat, half an apple.

DAY 2

Breakfast:

Half a banana, one boiled egg, one slice of toast, water

Lunch:

One boiled egg, five salt crackers, one cup of cottage cheese.

Dinner:

200 g of broccoli, one carrot, one apple, half a cup of vanilla ice cream, half a banana.

DAY 3

Breakfast:

One little apple, five soled crackers, one slice of cheese, tea or coffee.

Lunch:

One boiled egg, one slice of toast, water.

Dinner:

One can of tuna, half a banana, half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
