Five Foods That You Should Not Eat On An Empty Stomach!!!

From day to day, there are more and more tips that we need to eat in the morning. However, it is also very important that we should not, in any case, consume it on an empty stomach.

What many do not know – and they do not talk much – is the fact is that the wrong breakfast can really hurt your body.

Therefore, these five foods must be avoided for the first daily meal:

1. Tomato

They are full of vitamins and antioxidants, but,  if you eat them for early breakfast, in combination with gastric acid, they can cause heartburn and even a stomachache.

2. Citrus

Lemon, orange, grapefruit, mandarin, etc. are “suppliers” of vitamin C. But, their acid can “attack” the mucous membranes and cause painful wounds in the mouth.

3. Yeast with yeast

Yeast consumed early in the morning can exacerbate the stomach and cause bloating and digestive disturbances. Therefore, it is best to avoid products that contain a lot of yeast – such as leafy dough and the like.

4. Cucumbers

It is generally recommended to avoid raw vegetables as the first meal. So if you consume cucumbers early in the morning, you are likely to suffer from heartburn and flatulence.

5. Yogurt

Yogurt is a source of valuable dairy bacteria that are good for the intestinal flora. But if you eat yogurt on an empty stomach, good bacteria will destroy gastric acid.
