Almonds are considered to be the most nutritious nuts of all varieties thus, are  important part of any balanced diet.

In order to drown the almonds,  you need raw almonds, water and a bowl. Put the almonds in a large bowl and cover them with 2 cups water 1/2 cup almonds. Soak the almonds overnight and then store in a refrigerator using plastic bags or jars.

This is the reason you should do this:  Soak 10 almonds in water overnight. Remove the skin in the morning. Add 2 teaspoons of butter. Take about 2 months in advance. It sharpens the memory and strengthens the brain.

Take 10 grams of fennel seeds. Add 7 almonds. Grind everything and consume it with warm milk at night for 40 days. It sharpens the memory and sharpens the vision. However avoid drinking water at night during this period. Almonds reduce cholesterol, prevent cancer, help with maintaining  pregnancy, weight loss as well.
