‘If you feel fit, you can perform these exercises for only 2 minutes. In that way, you can do them 4-minute exercises everyday’- says Saret.

He planned this exercises particularly for the once that sat most of their time and get too exhausted after only few minutes of exercising. In order to make them your everyday routine, try to do them on some of your family members. Jump by raising your hands: Repeat this 10 times.

Kneeling: It is enough to do this exercise 10 times in the series.
